Modernizing a legacy brand for Caffè Sacco

We were approached by Caffè Sacco to develop a high-end and classy identity. The objective was to create a unique brand to help Caffè Sacco raise awareness and increase sales.
This particular project was quite unique as a lot of strategy setting and market research took place collaboratively before we created thebrand.

This was done through a mix of competitor research, face-to-face strategy marketing meetings and data analysis.As a result we helped our client to create a that is now growing successfully. We answered the clients brief by creating an identity that is high-end, premium product. The deliverables included a complete brand workshop, name creation,logo design and strap line development.

Ecofriendly Packaging

There is no such thing as a 100 percent sustainable package. So many variables are involved in packaging that you must decide which areas are the most critical to achieving your overall sustainability goals. The ultimate goal is to use materials that are renewable and sustainable. Using recycled paper is good, but sourcing materials from a sustainable forest is even better.

Complete packaging makeover including layout, redesign and fresh contents that established and refined brand identity in line with Caffè Sacco’s goals.

An identity like no other

The Caffè Sacco’s new materials, including the website, identity, packaging and signage also needed to convey credibility and create instant presence to support growth in wholesale and service contracts for high-end restaurants and cafes. The solution is a simple, modern and bold design that reflects the distinctive yet approachable qualities of Caffè Sacco. The warm and inviting color palette incorporates colors chosen to reflect the natural beauty of coffee berries and beans and to represent Caffè Sacco’s coffee flavors.

Brand Expression

Caffè Sacco had to reinvigorate its brand and make an emotional connection with its audience. We started with a strategic and immersive brand audit. Utilizing our findings, we developed a comprehensive new brand identity, positioning and strategy for Caffè Sacco. The newly designed packaging and color palette introduced a friendlier Caffè Sacco to the 21st century.

Implementing the digital marketing strategy

Caffè Sacco needed help implementing a digital marketing strategy that would attract and convert audiences. With the goal of standing out in an already crowded coffee market, Caffè Sacco wanted a website that conveyed a sense of quality, trustworthiness and fun to promote its roasted premium coffee.

The goal of the new website was to make it easier for customers to order, configure, and add products to their cart all from the same screen—an important ask for busy coffee shop and restaurant owners who order from their smartphones. Caffè Sacco implemented a Quick Order option to enable faster ordering and re-ordering. Meanwhile, a subscription option, allowed customers to sign up for regular shipments of House Blend coffee. Using cut-off dates and times for special orders, customers can conveniently pre-order seasonal or promotional products.

The Catalogue

FOMG produced an eye catching eight page brochure, highlighting the services the Sacco Coffee Machines offer and designed a way for these to come together, creating a single all containing catalogue.
