Despite being one of Spanish best known and loved wine brands, it was important to look at new opportunities to reach potential customers both in Spain and in key overseas markets. We knew it was important therefore to build a content hub that would deliver content that added real value to the main target audience.
We knew it was important to build relationships with customers and more importantly, prospective customers. By creating content around each of the varietals, we also helped to increase the topical relevance of the website which in turn allowed us to target a huge new pool of keywords that were highly relevant to the brand.
When they came to see us at FOMG, the folks at Butcher's Winery had one clear ambition: to make their brand even more successful, yet retain the key equities that had made it an icon in the marketplace. Their desire was to restructure their tiers of wines and redesign it to be widely distributed where their higher priced wines could not be.
To do this, the design would need to be much more upscale and more commiserate with the quality promise of the Butcher's Winery. We would create the packaging for their wines that would represent the pinnacle of the Butcher's Winery Vineyards portfolio.
The key equity element to their signature label was clearly its’ unique pig icon.
We were asked to develop a brochure design that could be applied to a premiere winery. It need to have a quality look and feel that presented the professional photography and products details in a clear and logical format.
The state of the art format we developed allows for a flexible but consistent style for both the content and imagery.
During the design and development stages, we identified and addressed a number of pain points related to the existing design and functionality.
Working closely with winery we were able to rebuild a modern and functional website to house all the dynamic content related to the wines
