Style is Transformative:
The Fashion Lookbook

FOMG designed and developed a web presence that would be easily recognizable via strong branding, taking a simplistic approach to content to reinforce messaging. Structuring the right user pathways to create a seamless user experience was the ultimate goal for all stakeholders. The result was a launch that is truly unique in today’s marketplace and appealing to a prospective user.


From market positioning to brand development, brochure design and color scheme analysis. Uki was open and ready to experiment with the bold and modern approach imagined by the FOMG team.Through a highly collaborative process,FOMG was immersed in the Uki brand delivering a core style guide for the brand from which to develop all collateral to follow. A series of on-location photo shoots were necessary to capture the ideal brand messaging and market approach for both product and lifestyle positioning. From here, a full suite of creative collateral was developed for the identity of the business including business cards, stationery, product brochures, trade show displays and catalogues.

On-site custom photography was a must, resulting in the highest quality, stylized vignettes to ensure brand recognition and alignment. Light, styling and location plans were mapped to create both consistency and variation, but also flow with the context of the story and vision created in the initial phases. FOMG and THOMAS UKI creative teams worked in tandem, styling each shot to show alternate perspectives and functionality taking the viewer into the experience to promote meaningful engagement.

The Strategic Plan Behind the Changes

Our objective with UKI was to help evolve a  mobile skincare concept into an established luxury skincare brand. We began with an in-depth look at the company’s goals, the beauty industry as a whole, the fast-beauty niche, and the market opportunity for UKI. Our insights and understanding of the market informed a bold, sophisticated new brand identity.

A Phased Approach to Website Design

The interactive experience is top drawer, and just what we have come to expect by the FOMG team.

A responsive web design focussed on visual content: collection galleries and lookbooks. The information is mainly distributed in grid-format.
The site has been developed over a fluid layout with an interface which, allows us to browse the lookbook with ease.

Creating Cornerstone Collateral

Creative web development, necessary insights and branding metrics are the critical foundations with which to establish and build a sustainable and strong strategic framework for bringing a brand to market. FOMG creative team worked with Thomas Uki brand on all aspects of digital and offline branding initiatives, styling and designing the look and feel to seamlessly implement across platform. From web design and digital media to product packaging and print design – a minimalistic style and consistent brand story are presented.
